5 YEAR COMMERCIAL WARRANTY FOR POLY FURNITURE
Little Cottage Company, DBA, Wildridge, warranties to the original purchaser a limited non-transferable warranty for materials and workmanship on Poly Furniture. This warranty is for five (5) years of commercial use from the date of purchase under normal use and service conditions. Swivels are warrantied against structural failure for a period of two (2) years for commercial use from the date of purchase. The Poly Furniture shall be free from material defects in workmanship and materials. The Poly Furniture will not splinter, crack, peel, rot or suffer structural damage from insect infestation. "Defect" is defined as imperfections that impair the original function of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear effects on the Poly Furniture.
Wildridge does not warranty against and is not responsible for the following: Damage resulting from abuse or negligent and the application of paint, varnish or other coating or chemical not approved by Wildridge, damage caused by unauthorized service or repair, not using the Poly Furniture for its intended use, normal weathering and fading, improper handling and storage, rust or corrosion of fasteners and swivels, cushions used on the Poly Furniture and acts of God.
Cushions are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 1 year of commercial use. Compression of cushions is not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover the failure of products which in our opinion was caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, abuse or improper shipping or handling and is void if our care and maintenance instructions were not properly followed.
If a product is not returned within sixty (60) days of the date of originaly purchase, purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling charges that may apply. Purchaser is responsible to notify dealer where the products was purchased from and provide proof of purchase, written description and photo of defect. All claims shall be submitted within ten (10) days after the expiration of warranty period to Wildridge, 4070 State Route 39, Millersburg, OH 44654. Wildridge reserves the right to repair, replace or refund, with dealer credit, for the defective product.
Wildridge makes no warranties other than those warranties specifically described herein. Wildridge makes no impied warranty of merchanability or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Wildridge shall not be liable for special, incidental or consequental damages, whether such damages are sought in contract, tort or otherwise. The liability for a defective product shall in no event exceed the replacement of the product or the return of the pruchase price. Some states do not allow limitations of implied warranty so this limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty shall only be enforceable in the United States of America and Canada.
